Can you tell the difference between 4K and 1440p?

Yes, that's my setup. One 1440p/144hz IPS and one 4k/60hz IPS. I can definately see a difference, everything is much sharper on the 4k. That being said, the jump from 1440p to 4k isn't as drastic as the jump from 1080p to 1440p, in my opinion.
